ⓘ how the war maps to the book
Every troop is a resting order. Bids mass on the green side, asks on the purple side, and the closer a troop is to the front line, the closer its price is to the touch — deeper orders sit further back. Bigger orders field more, heavier units (trooper → e-bike → tank). Troops stack and stay put; they're only removed when a real buy or sell fills them — a buy eats the front asks, a sell eats the front bids — with the trade's true value shown. "Fill orders" toggles whether trades remove troops; "Trade strikes" toggles the incoming fire. Skirmishers charging the line and unlabeled munitions are combat flair — only real buys/sells carry a value, and whichever side is winning the 1-hour candles (bulls = green, bears = purple) lobs more munitions.
